Talk about the mother of all birthday bashes in the mother of all theme parks. Miley Cyrus turns 16 on Nov 23, but she’s already had her fantaballistic sweet 16 birthday party to end all parties at Disneyland, attended by 5000 people where the Hannah Montana teen star belted out four songs, accompanied by a fireworks display above Sleeping Beauty Castle and 16 giant inflatable candles. I mean, which one of you guys has had Disneyland closed down specifically for your birthday party? Plus, seems she got a puppy as a birthday gift from her parents.  Attendees got to oogle at the many celebs present, including David Archuleta, Jennie Garth, Steve Carell, Cindy Crawford, Tyra Banks and Jennifer Love Hewitt. To top off the Miley fever, there were additional fun activities like getting a ‘Hannah Montana’ makeover. 

Maybe you can’t get Disneyland closed down for your birthday, but you can get them to open the gates for you. Disney is allowing people free entry on your birthday in 2009 into both their theme parks - Disneyland and Disney World.

I can’t wait to see what its going to be like when she turns 18. I mean, that’s like a license to go wild. If this 16th birthday bash was all kitchy and sweetness in a theme park, the 18th one is probably going to be held in a lake full of beer, if the scandals that have been following the teen Disney star this past year are any indication.
